dear Sir,
I had an HDFC diners club credit card for past three years and was regularly paying my EMI's.
My card was lost on 16th August 2018, I had informed HDFC customer care to block my card ending with xxxxxxx5978 and issue me new card.
its being four months and they have not issued me new card everytime I call customer care they give me some or other excuse.
As firstly they wanted me to update my address - accordingly I have filled all the forms and deposited the same in HDFC kharghar branch
then later they said we are in process of updating
then when I have recently called they said your signatures are mismatching so fill a form and submit to HDFC branch , I have done that too but still unable to get a new card.
in this four month I have called them many times requesting for new card and registering my complaints but the HDFC department failed to provide me new card on the other hand I an getting monthly statements of some other card number which is showing dues of more than my card limits.
I am contrained to default the payments as I dont have a new card number.
Please help me in getting new card
and a clarity on monthly statements
