Would like to bring your notice that someone did the fraud with me.
I have not withdraw any amount from the last 1 year and when I went to the bank for a passbook entry then I checked someone withdraw Rs. 7000 from my account on dated 05.10.2023 through withdrawal slip.
I complaint to branch manager and he said we have CCTV backup only for last 3 months and we could not help in that case. while checking the withdraw slip observed signature was mismatch and slip writing was not mine.

How a Government bank such negligence about their work and done such mistake and get loss of customers.
