Many Banks like Saraswat Coop Bank exploits
Customers by undue charges.

It is noticed , Service charges must have been displayed by each Bank on
their website or must have informed Customers about charges
Certain charges which Bank levies just exploits customers . Take example
Saraswat Coop Bank charge customers for a Cheque Book while closing
their deposit account after 7-8 years, even if customers has just used 2
cheque Books during tenure of account.
Please consider, where is business ethics? or where is customer service ?
what is more hurting is, even after contacttacting Nodal officer Mr A S Jain
or Branch Manager , Saraswat Bank ignores to respond to emails, Telephone
calls . Here what is required is appropriate action , after thorough inquiry.
Customers should not be exploited
