THEY DID NOT AT ALL PAID ANY ATTETION TO THE CONCERNED ACCOUNT WHICH WAS BEING CLOSED AND DELAYED HARRASED GETTING THE COLLATERAL SECURITY OFFERED TO THEM,DUE TO THIS I HAD TO SUFFER HUGE LOSSES IN MY BUSINESS.MY LIMIT WAS SACTIONED IN INDUSIND BANK DUE TO DELAY IN PROCESSING FROM AXIS BANK LTD I WAS UNABLE TO UTILIZE THE SANCTIONED LIMIT,UPON REPEATED REMINDER TO AXIS BANK LTD IT WAS LEARNT THAT THEY KEPT ON VERBALLY ASSURING THAT THEY HAD INITIATED FOR CLOSURE AND VERY SHORTLY WOULD GET THE COLLATERAL RELEASED BUT IN VAIN.
