I am writing to report an issue with the Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) located at seoni (480661) madhya pradesh branch.
I attempted to deposit cash, but unfortunately, the machine malfunctioned and did not register the transaction. As a result, my cash is now stuck inside the machine.

I would appreciate your immediate assistance in retrieving my funds. I have attached a copy of the transaction receipt, which clearly shows that the deposit was not successful.
I already reached my bank manager but there is no reponse. Please let me know the further steps
