I Altab Ali have a saving bank account no.-33005210555 with with your kushmandi SBI branch. I have deposited cash amount of rs 48000/-on 18/07/2022 in cash deposit machine (CDM). The cash was accepted by machine but not credit in my account till date. I already visit multiple time in concern (where we deposit cash) branch, but they commit us to deposit the amount in my account with in a week and give always same answer.
cash deposit detail:-96*500=48000/-

Sir i request you to please look into the above matter and resolve the same as soon as possible as i need money due to some medical issues.

I attempted to deposit cash, but the machine malfunctioned, and my funds are now stuck inside.
