I was in shopping on 11/12/2016 with my wife of Rs.1615/- at above shop and due to lack of cash i used my Debit Card (SBI) vide txn no.634613051892. but shopkeeper refuse to accept POS transaction and take cash of Rs.1615/- from me also, by stating that "transaction is failed the amount should be return to your account within 24 hrs". after two days i approached him but refuse to give my above amount.
