I had purchased items from the above shop on 14.12.2016.I was charged 2% extra on swiping my credit card.No satisfactory explanation was given for overcharging.Pl.clarify if it is a fair practice and redress my grievance at the earliest.

I had service my Bike in Pratik Motors, Panvel on 01.05.2017. I was charged 2% extra on swiping my credit card. No satisfactory explanation was given for overcharging. Pl.clarify if it is a fair practice and redress my grievance at the earliest.
