On 1st October 2016 i have ordered 1 mobile phone costing-Rs.18079 from amazon using Bajaj finance emi card,amazon order no.171-1863158-3497914.This transaction was not successful due to some payment issue.I also got the email on 6th October from Bajaj finance saying that
"Transaction of Rs. 18079.00 processed through RRN /Deal id - 627512480562 on your Bajaj Finserv Privilege Card Number ending 3621 has been cancelled and the amount is reinstated to your EMI Card."
But so far the amount is not yet reinstated to my emi card. when i contact to the regional bajaj finance office in nasik they told me this loan is now active and you have to pay emi from next months and if you have any problem then email your problem to wecare@bajajfinance.com
i have sent lot of emails to bajajfinance but still i didn't get any reply from them.
Please help me i really don't know what to do now.
