Dear sir,
i have ordered micromax canvas juice Mobile on dated 06/03/2016 to SyberPlace.com. my order no. is 100062687
later they cancelled my order.
But, still there is No any refund from them.
Also,there is No response if we call also.
i have paid Rs.5309.10/- to syber place via online through icici net banking.
Please do the needful action immediately to get my money back.

My name is Sourav Goswami, I ordered an 'Iphone 6' on 27th Dec 2015 against an order number 100050651 by paying INR 36999, but they failed to ship my order till 4th jan 2016 so I had to cancel the order. Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Joginder, Order Address: SCO-38-39, Sector-9d, Madhya Marg, Near Amar Ujala, Chandigarh-160009, I ordered a Infocus Bingo 21 M430 (8GB), Blue on dt 20-08-2016 against an order no 14750440340 by paying INR 5499.00 through net banking sbi, from snapdeal, i have received it on dt 22-08-2016, on next day dt 23-08-2016 i have file complaint for replace ment of my phone as phone is not working their is heating problem while charging and speaker problem, on dt 29-08-2016 their engineer comes for checking the phone and he provide me jobsheet and told me that it is companies responsibility and now you can get replacement/refund of this product. on dt 30-08-2016 they take my phone and all accessories of this which they send to me with their packing box of snapdeal. after 2 days i called them and they told me that their request has been cancelled. on next day i again called and their useless answer same that it has been on process for quality check. i said that i want result that replacement/refund of the same but their supervisor commit that give them 24 hrs on next day i again called them but their same same response. i surprised that they again send this product for quality check and i said that if you did not take it necessary i will file case on them. on next day their phone came but no good response they said give them 1-2 days and again they did not provide me any positive response.Kindly take it necessary and take harrasement action and criminal action on snapdeal & supplier.
