Dear Sir,
Due to network & internet problem I called on Airtel toll free 121, they told due to some technical problem they are not able to solve the problem till 31st Jan 2019, still they are sending lots of messages for to recharge, from oct 18 to till the date the problem is still. i asked for recharge amount 448.00 that i am not used properly please refund, the operator angry said that their is no such transaction from airtel.
Kindly request to please refund my amount 448.00 only.
