I have bought fasttag on airtel app on 4th july.
Since then im trying to contact airtel on 400 which is given.there is no option to raise complaint.
I reached on twitter to them, since then im only getting reply as it is under validation and we will update you in 14 working days.
I was about to travell to mh native plave but due to fasttag not recieved i had to cancell.
Airtel is just collecting money and then they are not replying anything to customer and looting.
It could be big scam run by airtel.
