My balance showing 57.40 on digital TV as of yesterday and but my service was suspended. when I contacted they are telling i recharged after expiry. in that case my balance should have shown Rs 50 only but balance yesterday when I contacted showing 57.40 and I got my account suspended message only yesterday 18.07.2024 that my account is suspended. moreover they are deducting Rs 15 as a charge for activation. Previously also I complained against Airtel Digital TV regarding this and you made them to revert the amount. Now please provide me justice by resuming the service. They are asking me to recharge again Rs 100 for resuming service. whereas every month each time Rs 50 I am recharging. Please teach them a lesson
