I have purchased Samsung Bluetooth with Skullcandy from onlin website munafas.co.in
I have received wrong product. It is not shown as in product image.
Bluetooth and hands free both are different than product image shown in website.
I have attached both image in this.
Also it is not working. When I try to connect this Bluetooth, It is not getting connected.
When I ask for exchange or refund they didn't give proper reason only said your product is not in warranty. But warranty of product starts when they give actual and genuine products. here not giving actual product and saying not in warranty. even they are not responding my calls.
What should I do further?
