Dead slow fluctuations of internet .

Every time while using the internet it is not working at constant rate of speed even sometimes it give speed of 100kbs to 600kbs while switching on mobile data ,it last only for 2 to 3 mins. and then drops to ____ 0kps ..what the hell is this every time, forget about giving 4g networks first improve your 3g network than make promises. Every citizen at my locality is facing the same problem with Airtel low fluctuating network

Please improve this blunder or rather we all have to change the service provider. I hope this matter should be solved.
