I have ordered headset from MI India online shopping site 15 days ago on 18 oct 16. Also applied coupon on that product. Now after 15 days (31oct) I don't recieved product. Also they don't contacted me for delivery. And Delhivery courier says "customer asked for delayed delivery" but they are saying lie. Because they don't come to me also they don't even make phone call.
I sent mail to MI India for this. Now they are saying make order again. But I applied coupon I that time. And now that coupon period is expired. And I don't gonna give full payment because 15 days ago after using coupon it costs me 300 now without coupon costs 500. So why I have to give 500 rs. And I have wasted my 15 days behind that product so I want MI India should pay me for inconvenience happened with me. Also that product at same price at that time.
Today on 12 November I contacted MI India care and they are saying your product was returned so you have to make new order and have to give full payment. Total cheating.
