Complain against Shop CJ for not picking up rejected/returned material

On live TV Channel of Shop CJ, daily offer of different types of products are telecasted. Shop CJ was offering 10 nos. of Rajasthani Double Bed Chaddar (Bed sheets) for Rs. 2990/- + 350/- Transportation charges. Based on their offer, on 12.07.2016 I booked my order via my mobile no. 9898718766 for purchasing the same vide order no.20160728065313. The said ordered / booked bed sheets was delivered to me 12.08.2016 along with invoice no. RSVPL028382 dtd 28.07.2016 of M/s. Riddhi Siddhi Ventures Pvt. Ltd., Ground floor, Opp. Higher Secondary High School, Shikarpura road, Sanganer – 302029 Jaipur, Rajasthan (Copy of the same is uploaded herewith).
On opening the parcel so received, it was noticed that it was having low / thin quality of cloth material. The size of bed sheets was short compared to my double bed. Here I want to specifically focus on the Shop CJ advertisement on live TV channel that “if you don’t like the material delivered by us, then you can return it back, the money will be refunded to you as and when we receive the rejected material”.
Hence, I called up customer care of Shop CJ to take back the delivered bed sheets as it is having low quality and short in size compared to me bed. It was assured by the Customer representative that the said rejected material will be picked up from your destination within 10 working days.
With great regret, I want to highlight that till date Shop CJ has not picked up the said rejected Bed sheets. Since last 18/20 days I am daily receiving SMS from XPBEE that “Dear Customer, your Star CJ pick up will be attempted today, Please keep the product ready. For queries contact 020-49116100”.
I have complained customer care for the same thrice regarding this issue submitting that XPBEE are not picking up the material It was assured by them every time that within 48 working hours the said material will be picked up. On last talk with Sr. Manager Priyankaji, who committed that today definitely your material will be picked up by XPBEE.
Sir, till date the material is lying with me. As a result of the SMS stating that it will be picked up today my family have to stay at home and not able to go out of the destination thinking any time EXPBEE representative will arrive to pick up the material. My family is disturbed and I have to face hardships.
Herein I have approached your forum with an intension that if Shop CJ has committed to take back the unlike material, then they ought to do so without any delay or hesitation. Here the customer is fooled. Shop CJ advertises offers, wherein live commitment is given to take back the unlike material. And on the other hand when the customer is insisting to take back the material the said material is not picked up stating we have already passed your request to XPBEE, why they are not picking up the same is out an issue. There is lack of communication or miscommunication between them. But the customer is suffering. If I have to give review about Shop CJ I would have given minus 5 star for their after purchase services.
I had wrong experience with Shop CJ, so as public at large must have suffered and not all of them would have approached your forum for lodging complaint against Shop CJ. To teach a lesson to Shop CJ I have approached your forum with a wish that your forum will initiate necessary steps against Shop CJ in this regard. Having hopes.

After a week as on 28.09.2016 and 29.09.2016 a message received from XPBEES Courier co. Regarding takeing back the delivered product. But till today no body take the delivery back.
So I requested to shop cj return the product and refund Rs.6589. Otherwise I sue the shop cj And XPBEES courier co. For making default and delays. I kept all the recordings between me and ur executive.
