I had purchased product from Amazon in August when were 1 sale (Great Indian Sale) was running. The sale is 10% Cashback on SBI Cards from mobile App and 7.5% on desktop. At this time i had purchased product by mobile app and SBI card of Rs. 14,999/- and as per Amazon – i will received 10% (Rs. 1500/-) on 10th Oct 2016.
But on 15th Oct 2016 i had got ONLY 7.5% cashback in my bank account. Then after many follow up with Amazon – they have given Rs. 350 in my account by Gift Card. BUT i need my cash back on my bank account. I had also follow up by Email and Call to Amazon – but they are FORCE to me Purchase a product by Gift Card and not giving proper reply.
I have all proof against this and Amazon is making a fool to people after this type of drama.
Please register my complaint and give me a my complaint no. Because amazon is not giving proper reply.
