Dear Sir/Madam,
1.First of all I would like to inform you that I am making this official complaint against AIR INDIA through your channel after not getting any satisfactory responses from AIR INDIA (I contacted them several times via email).Pl read below about details of my case---
2. Ref Air India E Ticket no 098-2133016885 with PNR No H6KV8 and Web Reference: AIBE57081680, Issued date: Thu, 20 Feb 2020 amounting Rs 8,179.00.The E Ticket was was for Round trip journey from New Delhi to Guwahati & back with dates of journey 07 Mar20 & 29 Mar20 respectively. I performed the journey from Delhi to Guwahati on 07 Mar 20, Due to National lockdown the flight scheduled on 29 Mar20 was
cancelled. I didn’t rescheduled my journey for the cancelled fight and I requested AIR INDIA to refund me the fair cost for that journey .
3. AIR INDIA replied me that my refund has been initiated and I will get the refund soon. But no refund was credited to my account.
4. When I again contacted them regarding the matter they replied that they have credited the refund to my account, while there was no actual credit of the refund made. When I asked them to give me details of refund transaction no and refund date they are denying for that. So I request you to kindly register my complain and help me

I had booked NA Plots in VMC Vihang City project in 2012.In 2017 I found something suspicious about the staff of VMC so I cancelled my plot booking and filed for refund in Jun 2017 because every now and then the staff get completely change I have no one to talk as the new staff denies of every claim their old staff made regarding registry of plots.The last time I visited their main office at Thane in sept 2018 I met Mr Suryakant Kadam who was head of that of that office and he clearly denied of any refund from VMC as I showed him the cancellation slip issued by VMC to me in JUN 2017 instead he promised me that the registry of my plots will be done in the year 2020. In 2020 I visited the office many time between Jan to Mar but I never found Mr Suryakant Kadam in the office when I called him he told me that he had left the company and started his own company elsewhere hence denied answering to my querries.Now not only my money is stuck in VMC but also no guarantee of any registry of plots as no one is attending any calls or correspondence
