Air india given refund for my ticket . Make my trip not taking calls as no customer care & emails not replying. Still without reply they operating . It is a big fraud. Still public booking through it. Why not closing this make my trip. Crores of public money they keeping without pay.
Without answering costumer complaints how a company running.
No office for them?
No staff for reply?
But still why they continue booking by application?
I am continuously trying to refund money as Air india given refund. They not giving money as i booked through make my trip.
Bit make my trip never giving reply or contact nos not working.
When will Indian Judiciary dare to close this company?
