I had submitted my bag at the Mumbai Airport (T2). While going into the airplane, I found that my bag was kept in a corner. I inquired about the same and was informed that it is broken. The person in charge took my sign that my belongings were not missing from the bag.
I have come to Diu for audit purpose and will be staying here for next 7-8 days only. Post that I'll be returning to Mumbai.
I'm quite sure that my bag won't be allowed at the Mumbai Airport since it is in a broken condition.
I have attached images of my damaged bag as well.
I need compensation within 7 days. Kindly ensure that the claim amounting to Rs. 7000 is sent to me on my id - 7506147528.famc@idfcbank
