I booked a flight ticket of Indigo Airlines from Ahmedabad to Delhi dated 26th September 2016. The flight was scheduled to take off at 6:20AM. I was there on time for the check-in process. The airport staff of Indigo was very slow in issuing the boarding pass. When my turn came, they told me the gates were closed for the flight. I was forced to buy a new ticket to the next Indigo flight which was scheduled at 6:50AM. Even though I was on time for the previous flight I had to buy a new ticket. This is the mismanagement of the airport staff. They did not give any proof of the new ticket which I bought on spot. The print out of the ticket was also not given. When I demanded for the proof they asked for Rs. 200 additional charges. It is cheating. The 6:20AM flight took off before time and the 6:50AM flight was 45 minutes late.
I want the refund of the flight which I booked for Rs. 4,514. I demand the bill of the flight ticket which I bought on-spot.
